Last night, somewhere above this land —
there was a show that’s written in no magic book.

Pilots. Their families. Independence Day.
People who literally lift their bodies off the ground every single day — and so do I, just in a different way.
Standing there, I remembered: I’ve been here before.
When I was the “Katzar” — the world’s first Chief Military Magician.
(Yes, it’s a real title. No, I have no idea who came after me.)
Wait — actually I do. Ron Hollander. He came to my magic camp at age 8. He only left when he was drafted into the IDF. A student who became a successor — that’s the magic I’m most proud of.

That night I performed alongside Kosem Yitzhak, Schwartz Amir, Yourini — who served right here — and Dr. Or Pinto, the military dentist, who proved you can make people open their mouths without any instruments.
What happened there, stays there.
(Except the photos. The photos always get out.)

78 years of Israel.
And there are still more tricks to pull.
